Lance graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance, and soon after joined the firm Drucker Wealth Management, founded by his father in 1959. He earned his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC
) designation in 1990, and his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU
) degree in 1993. In 2012 and 2013, he received a Certificate in Retirement Income Planning from the Wharton School of Business. HTK has recognized Lance for the past 26 years as one of the top 10 advisors in the country.
Lance, his wife, two children and two rescue dogs live in New Jersey. He is an avid runner, and has trained in the Martial Art of Krav Maga. As a proud sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Project, Lance participates in the Tough Mudder challenge, and Spartan Race which has helped to raise over $2 million dollars for wounded warriors. For the past five years, Lance has organized the Polar Bear Plunge fundraiser for the WWP and also assembled a team to participate in the Spartan Race.
